Return Policy

Physical Products

All of our products are made to order. So, we do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final.

If you receive a damaged product, please email us within 48 hours of receiving the product. If the packaging is damaged, please attach photos to the email. Depending on availability, a replacement or refund may be issued.

The buyer is responsible for receiving the shipment safely and, as such, we are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.

 

Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. We do not offer any refunds for these items.
