We welcome genuine feedback about your experience with our products — whether positive or constructive. Reviews should reflect your firsthand experience with the item itself and be written by the verified purchaser.

Ineligible Reviews
To keep our review system fair and clear, we may deem reviews as ineligible if they:

Are based on misunderstandings about production timelines (for example, assuming an order is late when it’s still within its pre-order timeframe).

Criticize pricing or shipping fees — these are shown at checkout, and while we do our best to minimize costs, rates are set by our carriers.

Stem from misread product details, such as expecting the Zen MagSafe Charger Stand to include the official Apple MagSafe Charger or assuming compatibility with third-party chargers.

Contain offensive, irrelevant, or copied content that doesn’t relate to the product experience.
