General

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Can I cancel my order?

If you purchased a digital product, you cannot cancel your order because fulfillment is instant.

If you purchased a physical product, you may only cancel your order before it enters the fulfillment process. Once production or packing begins, cancellations are no longer possible, as all products are made to order. If you wish to cancel, please reach out to us as soon as possible after placing your order. We’ll do our best to assist if the order has not yet moved into processing.

What if I receive a damaged product?

We carefully package each order by hand to make sure everything arrives safely and just as you expected. But if your order arrives damaged, please reach out to us within 48 hours of the package being marked as delivered so we can make it right.

When you email us, please include photos of:

  • The outer packaging (shipping box)
  • The inner packaging (how it was packed)
  • The damaged item itself
  • Any visible dents, bends, or tears on the packaging

Please note: even if your purchase is intended as a gift, the recipient or buyer is still responsible for checking the package within this 48-hour window. We’re unable to accept damage claims reported after that timeframe.

Can I return my digital wallpaper and app icons?

For our digital products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges due to the nature of the product.

Do you offer gift cards?

Yes! You can purchase Cozyleigh Gift Cards here.

When is my order arriving?

For each of our products, we include an estimated production and shipping timeframe right on the product listing. These estimates give you an idea of when your order is likely to ship, but please note that they are projections, not guarantees. Occasionally, things in the studio can shift our schedule, so actual shipping may vary slightly.

Thank you so much for wanting to support us with a review, it truly means a lot! 💛 A few days after your order is delivered, you’ll receive an email from us with a link to share your thoughts.

You'll also earn points through our Cozyleigh Rewards System for leaving a review! These points can be collected and redeemed for coupons and discounts toward future purchases.

Shipping

How much will shipping cost?

Shipping varies depending on the destination. The rate is calculated at checkout once you enter your address. Shipping rates are determined solely by the carrier.

Do you provide worldwide shipping?

We do provide worldwide shipping. As is the case with most international packages, delivery can take a while as packages have to go through customs. Please note that customers are responsible for any duties and import taxes that may apply once the products leave our studio. We recommend researching your country's customs fees before making a purchase to avoid any unexpected costs.

The international shipping rate is calculated at checkout once you enter your address.

Please note we currently do not provide international shipping for our Zen light, as Gantri (our fulfillment partner for this collaboration) only ships to US and Canada at this time.

Can I combine shipping on my orders?

We cannot combine multiple orders after they have been placed. It is the customer’s responsibility to purchase items together if they wish to consolidate shipping costs.

Can I change my address for my order?

Customers may request changes to their shipping address or other order details within a reasonable timeframe after placing the order. However, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all shipping information is correct before checkout.

Please note that contacting customer service to update your address does not guarantee the change will be made. Orders may be packed or shipped before inquiries are reviewed for the day.

Our customer service team typically processes messages during business hours, so to avoid issues, we strongly recommend double-checking your shipping details before completing your purchase.

Product Support

I'm having trouble downloading my digital products

Please check your email associated to your Cozyleigh account to access your download links. If you are unable to find your downloads on your phone, please try downloading on your laptop/desktop and transferring it to your phone.If you are still having issues, please reach out to us with your order # here.

How do I install your app icons?

The process varies depending on your device. We recommend that you search for instruction on 'how to install custom app icons' for your specific phone.

For the iPhone, please check out Maisy Leigh's video where we provide a brief tutorial on how to install our minimal pastel app icons.
