Shipping Policy

Shipping time can vary for every product. Please read the product listing of the items you purchased to see the projected timeframe for when your order will ship. Please note that these timeframes are projections, not guarantees. Occasionally, unexpected delays can occur in our studio due to high order volume, supply issues, or other unforeseen circumstances. Rest assured, we are a small, family-run business working hard to get every order out as quickly as possible.

Shipping cost varies depending on the destination. The rate is calculated at checkout once you enter your address, and shipping rates are determined solely by the carrier.

Neither we nor our shipping partners are responsible for any loss or damage if you authorize the courier to leave your order with a third party or at an unattended location specified by you.

If you find any issues with your order, please contact us within 48 hours. In the case of damage, kindly take photos of the outer and inner packaging as well as the damaged, unused product itself. Videos can also be helpful if there is a functionality issue. For full details on how we handle damaged items, please refer to our Returns Policy.

 

Additional Shipping Notes

  • Delays Requested by Customers: It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure they are available to receive their package once it ships. We are unable to delay, hold, or time shipments. If you know you will be unavailable to receive your order, we recommend canceling it and placing a new one when you are ready to accept delivery.

    We are not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage that occurs if a package is delivered while the customer is unavailable. Additionally, if the customer is unable to inspect and report a damaged item within the 48-hour post-delivery window due to their absence, we cannot accommodate a replacement or refund request.

  • Combining Shipments: We cannot combine multiple orders after they have been placed. It is the customer’s responsibility to purchase items together if they wish to consolidate shipping costs.

  • Adding Items to an Existing Order: If you want to add items to an order that has already been placed, you may either cancel the original order and place a new one with all items together, or place a separate order for the additional items.

  • Canceling Your Order: Orders may only be canceled before they enter the fulfillment process. Once production or packing begins, cancellations are no longer possible, as all products are made to order. If you wish to cancel, please reach out to us as soon as possible after placing your order. We’ll do our best to assist if the order has not yet moved into processing.

  • Modifying Your Order Information: Customers may request changes to their shipping address or other order details within a reasonable timeframe after placing the order. However, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all shipping information is correct before checkout.

    Please note that contacting customer service to update your address does not guarantee the change will be made. Orders may be packed or shipped before inquiries are reviewed for the day.

    Our customer service team typically processes messages during business hours, so to avoid issues, we strongly recommend double-checking your shipping details before completing your purchase.

 

 

Worldwide Shipping

We do provide worldwide shipping. As is the case with most international packages, delivery can take a while as packages have to go through customs.

The international shipping rate is calculated at checkout once you enter your address.

Please note we currently do not provide international shipping for our Zen Light, as Gantri (our fulfillment partner for this collaboration) only ships to US and Canada at this time.

 


Customs Policy (International Customers Please Read)

Customers are responsible for any duties and import taxes that may apply once the products leave our studio. We highly recommend researching your country's customs fees before making a purchase to avoid any unexpected costs.
