What is the production timeline?
We are building these products ourselves and are proud to say that they truly come from our cozy home to yours.
Currently, the production timeline looks like this:
09/19 - 09/23 | Pre-orders
09/24 - 10/01 | Sourcing Materials and Equipment
10/02 - 11/04 | Production
Midweek of 11/21 | Shipping out to everyone
However, delays or other changes in the production timeline, such as being ahead of schedule, can happen. If that's the case, we will definitely be in touch so that you know what's going on at all times!
What are your delivery times?
The desk mats are currently on pre-order and should begin shipping around the first week of November!
How much will shipping cost?
Shipping varies depending on the destination. The rate is calculated at checkout once you enter your address.
Can you provide worldwide shipping?
We do provide worldwide shipping through a number of carriers. As is the case with most international packages, delivery does take a while as packages have to go through customs. The customer is responsible for all relevant duties/import taxes.

What if I receive a damaged or incorrect product?
We package each order ourselves, making sure that everybody gets exactly what they purchased. But, if your order slips through the cracks, please reach out to us here so that we can make the situation right!
If you receive a damaged product, please email us within 48 hours of receiving the product. If the packaging is damaged, please attach photos to the email. The buyer is responsible for receiving the shipment safely and as such, we are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
For faulty products or products damaged in transit, please reach out to us so that we can work out a solution. Depending on availability, an exchange may be possible. If not, a refund will be issued.
Otherwise, all sales are final.
