I have a problem with my order, where can I contact you?

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

For faulty products or products damaged in transit, please reach out to us so that we can work out a solution. Depending on availability, an exchange may be possible. If not, a refund will be issued.

Otherwise, all sales are final.

How much will shipping cost?

Shipping varies depending on the destination. The rate is calculated at checkout once you enter your address.

Do you provide worldwide shipping?

We do provide worldwide shipping through a number of carriers. As is the case with most international packages, delivery does take a while as packages have to go through customs. The customer is responsible for all relevant duties/import taxes.

Please note we currently do not provide international shipping for our Zen light, as Gantri (our fulfillment partner for this collaboration) only ships to US and Canada at this time.

Can I combine shipping on my orders?

Depending on the products and the timing of our sales, we can definitely offer to combine shipping for your orders. Please contact us with your order #'s so we can discuss options.

Can I change my address?

Yes, please send us an email here with your new address. Please note we can only change your address before its shipped.

Can I return my digital wallpaper and app icons?

For our digital products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges due to the nature of the product.

What if I receive a damaged or incorrect product?

We package each order ourselves, making sure that everybody gets exactly what they purchased. But, if your order slips through the cracks, please reach out to us here so that we can make the situation right!

If you receive a damaged product, please email us within 48 hours of receiving the product. If the packaging is damaged, please attach photos to the email. The buyer is responsible for receiving the shipment safely and as such, we are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.

I'm having trouble downloading my digital products

Please check your email associated to your Cozyleigh account to access your download links.

If you are unable to find your downloads on your phone, please try downloading on your laptop/desktop and transferring it to your phone.

When is my Zen MagSafe Charger Stand arriving?

For your order, please refer to our timeline page for the production timelines of each of our sales. Before each sale, we notify everyone through our pre-sale announcements to take a look at our timeline pages to get an estimated idea of when the Zen MagSafe Charger Stands are produced and shipped.

How do I install your app icons?

Depending on your phone brand, every process will be different. We recommend you research into 'how to install custom app icons' for your specific phone.
