Examples of slight imperfections

Zen MagSafe Charger Stand

A small filament tear on the back of the stand — not visible from the front once in use.
Tiny surface holes near the top, creating a slightly textured, imperfect finish.
The puck shows a slightly uneven edge from a 3D printing quirk — still works perfectly!

Cozyleigh Desk Mat

A small dent in the linoleum surface — purely cosmetic and doesn’t affect use.
A faint line across the corner of the mat — visible up close, but barely noticeable from afar.
Invisible in linoleum — a completely flat, subtle ridge in the linoleum, only noticeable with close inspection.

Fa Stackable Trinket Tray

This lid has a noticeable gap between the print layers, creating a line on the surface. It’s fully functional, just not quite up to our usual finish!
The side of this tray has faint vertical lines where the print deviated slightly from the design. It’s not noticeable in everyday use, but it can be seen in the light or up close.
This one is from our very firsts of the Fa Trinket Tray — before we refined how we print the base. The bottom is fully functional, just a little more raw than our current version. A small piece of Cozyleigh history, in a way 🌸

A second life

3D printing is not a perfect process, since it prints layer-by-layer, and every desk mat is handmade in small batches. When the imperfections do not meet our standards, they're added to our Imperfectly Perfect collection, giving them a second life.

Many things can contribute to these defects, such as humidity (change of weather), moisture in the filaments, or normal wear & tear of our supplies.

By bringing one home, you're not only supporting our small family business, you're helping us reduce waste and honor the care that went into making them, from our cozy studio to your space.
