Does the Zen MagSafe Charger Stand come with a charger?
No. The stand holds Apple’s MagSafe Charger, which is sold separately by Apple and most electronics shops. In the box you’ll find the stand, its puck (the part that holds your charger) and a small pop-out tool for taking the charger back out. In the box you’ll also find an adhesive circle that keeps the charger seated in the puck, and rubber feet for the base.
Which charger fits?
The Zen MagSafe Charger Stand and the Zen MagSafe Charger Puck are made for Apple’s MagSafe Charger (sold separately). Apple’s MagSafe Charger puck is 55.9 mm across and 5.3 mm thick (2.2 in by 0.2 in). Any round magnetic charger of about that size fits. We’ve tested Google’s Pixelsnap Charger and it fits. Apple’s measurements are for the original puck, and newer Qi2 pucks can differ by a little, so size is the test: please check yours before ordering. Every stand and puck comes with a double-sided sticky dot: stick it between your charger and the puck to hold the charger firmly in place for extra support.
Does it work with Android phones?
The phone holds on by the magnet in the charger, so it needs MagSafe (iPhone 12 and later) or a case with a magnet ring. A phone with no magnet has nothing to snap to. We can’t take returns for compatibility, so please check before ordering.
Does my phone case matter?
A MagSafe-compatible case snaps on as usual. A case without the magnet ring, or a thick one, may not hold on the charger. That is the charger’s magnet, not the stand’s.
How do I take the charger out again?
Use the small pop-out tool that comes in the box to lift the charger out of the puck.

A note from our studio
We launched the stand on August 18, 2023, and every one found a home that night. We honestly couldn’t believe it. We release different colors each season in limited batches. Once a seasonal color sells out, we cannot promise it will return.
