Zen Metal Artisan: Marshmallow Profile

Where Zen came from

I wanted my keyboard to feel like the cozy, safe space I'd been making for myself at home. So Zen borrows from the quiet comforts of so many Asian homes.

Tea, poured whenever someone visits, a small way of saying stay a while. Tangerines, shared at Lunar New Year for good luck. And plants like the orchid, a symbol of grace in Chinese painting, that ask for a little care each day and help me slow down.

The colors came from those plants and the ceramic planters they live in: peachy clay, warm terra, ivory sand, mint jade and dusky pine. Earthy and calm.

The drawings on the novelty keys come from that same cozy corner, the one everything we make grows out of. Small reminders to find happiness in the little things.
