Most of our pieces are made to order, so each product page shows its own lead time, right above Add to cart. Those are estimates, not promises: now and then things in the studio shift a little.

Please write within 48 hours of delivery. We'll need photos of the outer box, the inner packing, the piece itself and any dents in the packaging. You can add them right here in the form.

We can only change or cancel an order before production or packing starts, so write as soon as you can. We read messages during business hours and an order may already be packed by then, so we can't promise a change will make it.

Digital orders arrive instantly, so they can't be cancelled.

Every piece is made by hand in our studio, so all sales are final and we don't take returns or exchanges, Imperfectly Perfect pieces included. If something arrived damaged, pick "Something arrived damaged" instead.

Your download links are in your order confirmation email. If they won't open on your phone, try downloading on a laptop and moving the files over.

Bought the same digital product twice by accident? Tell us and we'll refund the duplicate.
