A note from our studio

This tray began with one word: Fa (花), the Cantonese word for flower, a small nod to our roots. The lid is my ode to the gaiwan. It took us a while to get it right, and we’re really proud of how it came out.

Fa (花), a flower for your little things.

Fa is the Cantonese word for flower, and the tray takes its shape from the traditional four-petal motif. It’s a home for the small things that make a day yours: rings by the sink, keys by the door, earrings at night.

The lid is an ode to the gaiwan, the lidded tea bowl: the lid is heaven, the tray is humanity, and the base beneath it is earth. Each tray is printed in our studio, weighted with a solid block of metal so it stays put and feels substantial in your hand, and polished by hand. Magnets inside let it snap onto the Pro Desk Mat or the Zen Tray.
